The issue affecting the Public API has been resolved.
The root cause was a network routing issue that prevented traffic from reaching the API service, even though the underlying application was running normally.
The internal network routing was restored and the API returned to full operation.
No data loss or corruption occurred. We will continue to monitor the situation and investigate further to prevent recurrence.
