We are planning a platform update for Friday, November 17. During this time, the platform may be partially unavailable to some users for approximately an hour.

We will be adding new features, increasing our infrastructure capacity, and improving the overall service.

To ensure uptime and stability, the upgrade will take place during nighttime hours. We will take measures to make the update process smooth, but the platform may experience some speed bumps. Email delivery will be temporarily suspended during the maintenance period. However, all operations, including event triggering, scheduled email delivery, and upload processing, will resume immediately after the maintenance period.
